Saint Paul A.M.E. Church Celebrates Its 129th Anniversary

St. Paul A.M.E. Church, 2514 Williams St. in Chattanooga, invites you to worship with them on the occasion of their 129th church anniversary.  The theme for this year's celebration is "On Christ the Solid Rock We Stand."

The anniversary celebration begins on Saturday, July 28 with a musical event and culminates with Rev. Dan Scott of Baylor School, Chattanooga, speaking for the morning worship service on August 12.  The schedule of events follows.  All events will be held at the church.

Main Event:  Anniversary Day Celebration: Sunday, Aug. 12 at 11 a.m.  Speaker: Rev Dan Scott, Baylor School, Chattanooga. 

"Please join us for Sunday Church School on Sunday mornings at 10 a.m.," officials said.

Trunk Or Treat Offered At Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church On Oct. 27

Cub Scout Pack 3037, Troop 137, and Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church at 6314 East Brainerd Road, will be hosting a Trunk or Treat on Saturday, Oct. 27, from 5-7 p.m. in the parking lot at the church.
